My name is Ingram Adair, and I founded ALD Building Services with one goal in mind: to build a company that takes pride in honest work and quality results. I immigrated to Canada from Nicaragua in 1985, and right from the start, I had a passion for fixing, repairing, and improving anything I could get my hands on. Four years later, I decided to take a chance and open my own business and that’s how ALD was born.

What started as a small operation has grown into a true family-run company. Over the years, my wife and children joined me, each bringing their own strengths in cleaning, handyman work, renovations, and customer service. Together, we’ve built ALD on simple values: work hard, do the job right, treat people with respect, and make every home or business better than we found it.

I’m proud of the reputation we’ve earned not because we’re the biggest, but because we care about the details. We show up when we say we will. We communicate honestly. And we stand behind every job, no matter how big or small.
